Integrative Psychotherapy in Plymouth, Devon

Healing begins not with answers, but with being seen and heard. The coping strategies you once needed to survive may no longer serve you, shaping your relationship with yourselves and others in ways that feel limiting.

Through gentle compassion I offer a space where awareness can unfold, emotions can find a voice, and your authentic self can emerge at your own pace.

About Me

Hi, I’m Anna Dobrisan, an Integrative Psychotherapist offering a calm and confidential space in Plymouth, Devon, with sessions available online and by telephone across the UK.

My work is rooted in a Person-Centered approach and gently informed by psychodynamic understanding. This means I value your lived experience, while also remaining curious about how past relationships, patterns, and coping strategies may still be shaping your present.

I believe healing happens through a safe and trusting relationship, where you don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin. We start where you are now.

What to Expect

Beginning therapy can bring curiosity, hope, and uncertainty. You don’t need the right words or a clear plan, we begin exactly where you are.

Our sessions offer a calm, confidential space where your experiences are met with empathy and respect. You set the pace, and remain in control of what we explore together.

Therapy isn’t about being fixed or told what to do. It’s a collaborative process of gently exploring your inner world.
